Then you will certainly enjoy our insightful cooking classes with Chef Marc. In a professional kitchen setting, you and other inspiring cooks will learn tips and tricks of the trade that you can wow your next dinner guests with.

  • Public culinary classes

    Since 2012, Bistro 33 offers over 30 culinary classes between September and May each year with an array of culinary themes.

    When are the public classes?

    From September to May each year
    Saturday classes 10 am to 1 pm
    Wednesday from 6:30 pm to 9:30 pm

    How much do they cost?

    $80.00 (plus tax) per class per person ($85.00 plus tax after June 1st, 2017)
    or $215 per person if you register to 3 classes ($230.00 after June 1st, 2017)

  • Private culinary classes

    Either for a group of friends, a team-building event for colleagues or a family gathering,
    our private culinary classes have always pleased our guests!

    You prepare and share together your own creations. A true recipe for success.

    • Must be minimum 8 participants and maximium 24 participants
    • Cost per participant $85.00
    • You choose your theme
    • Classes last approximately 3 hours

    If your Private culinary class is to celebrate someone’s birthday, we offer a free dessert to the that celebrated person.

  • Birthday Cooking Parties - New

    The perfect activity for a memorable birthday party. You will have fun while learning to create a wonderful dish. And the best part, you get to enjoy your creation in the end.

    • Must be minimum 8 participants and maximium 12 participants
    • Cost per participant (10 years old and older): 45.00 $
    • Children between 6 and 9 years old must be accompanied by an adult.
    • 495,00 $ for a group of 12 participants

  • Junior Chef Culinary Workshops - New this summer

    This 3 half-day workshop explores aspects found in our public culinary classes program but is adapted to a younger audience. The curriculum for theses fun workshops is:

    • Monday – Soups and salads
    • Tuesday – Main dishes and desserts
    • Wednesday – Baking and desserts

    Groups and pricing:

    • 10-12 years old : 8:00-11:00 / 150$ per week
    • 13-16 yrs old : 12h30-15h30 / 150$ per week

    Dates:

    • July 10th-12th in English
    • July 17-19 in French

    (Other camp dates could be available afterwards)

  • Survival in the kitchen workshop

    This 3 half-day workshop explores survival in kitchen with basic tips and recipe ideas for young adults going away from home for studies or work. Chef Marc shares healthier alternatives to fast food that are tasty, simple and quick for youth on the go.

    • 17-20 yrs old : daily schedule and menu to be decided upon soon
    • August, 2017 in French / 200$ per week
    • August 21st-23rd, 2017 in English / 200$ per week
