where you learn new techniques and tricks of the trade
within an array of culinary themes.

When are the public classes?

From Fall to Spring each year
Saturday morning classes: 10 am - 1 pm
Wednesday evening classes: 6:30 pm - 9:30 pm

How much do they cost?

$ 85.00 (plus tax) per class per person

If your Private culinary class is to celebrate someone's birthday, we offer a free dessert to the that celebrated person.

The perfect activity for a memorable birthday party.
You will have fun while learning to create a wonderful 2-course meal.
And the best part, you get to enjoy your own creations with your guests.

  • You choose between 2 class scenarios:
    Option A: appetizer and main meal
    Option B: main meal and dessert
  • You choose your culinary theme. You may suggest one and we'll see if it's possible.
  • The class lasts approximately 90 minutes (preparation and eating);
  • Participants must be 10 years old or older and the group must be accompanied by a minimum of 2 adults;
  • For children between 6 and 9 years old, they must be accompanied by an adult to take the class;
  • There is a minimum of 8 participants for a class to be held and maximium 12 participants;
  • Cost per participant : 45.00 $
  • Full group deal: 495,00 $ for 12 participants;
  • If you wish, you may bring your own birthday cake.

2018-2019 Junior Chef Culinary Classes

During the school year, Junior Chefs can partake in Saturday morning culinary classes.
The schedule will be posted here Fall 2018.

When are the public Junior Chef classes?

From Fall to Spring each year
Saturday classes are from 10 am to 1 pm

How much do they cost?

$ 70 (plus tax) per class per Junior Chef
$ 185 per Junior Chef if you register to 3 classes (25$ off)

2019 March Break Workshops

This 3 half-day workshop explores aspects found in our public culinary classes program but is adapted to a younger audience.
The curriculum for these fun workshops is:

Monday – Soups and sauces
Tuesday – Breakfast and lunch
Wednesday – Dinner

Age and pricing:
8-14 yrs old : 160$ per week

Given in English: March 4 to 6 : 12:30 to 3:30 pm
Given in French: March 4 to 6 : 8:15 to 11:15 am

Summer 2018 Junior Chef Culinary Camps

In collaboration with Dietitians on a Mission and Food Depot Alimentaire Inc., this 5 full-day camp explores aspects found in our public culinary classes program but is adapted to a younger audience. They will also learn the importance of nutritional value in what we eat and learn how we can all benefit from healthy nutrition in a fun and hands-on way. Once they have eaten their creations for lunch from the morning culinary class segment, Junior chefs will then go on an afternoon field trip linked to food production or distribution and also discover nutritional aspects related to all social realities.

Ages and pricing:

8-14 yrs old : $225 per week (plus tax)

All camps start at Bistro 33 for the culinary class segment from 8:30 to 12 noon.

The afternoon field trip will begin around 12:30 pm

Parents or guardians can pick-up their youth between 4:30 pm (location to be determined)
